FAQ

Yes. The unloading system is placed on the discharge side of the saw and links with your existing bridge saw or CNC saw; no saw replacement needed. An engineer first confirms the saw's discharge height, slab length and workshop layout on site, then provides a wiring and signal-interface plan.
The WF-ST2.2 handles slabs up to 2.2 m long and 300 kg each; the WF-ST3.0 handles up to 3.0 m and 600 kg. Vacuum cups are selected for the slab surface; standard granite, marble, limestone and engineered stone are all suitable, subject to on-site slab measurements.
The WF-ST2.2 occupies about 6.0×4.3 m with 18 kW installed power; the WF-ST3.0 about 6.8×5.1 m with 22 kW. Machine height is about 2.5 m, within the clear height of most workshops. Door openings and overhead crane conditions are confirmed on site.
No. The digital dashboard and AI stock-in sheet can start with the count data from the unloading system alone, or your existing equipment can be retrofitted for data collection. The solution is tiered by data scope: start small, see results, then expand.
Equipment is quoted by configuration and site conditions; options within the same series vary significantly in price. As a reference, the Smart Unloading System costs about one third of comparable Italian imports and is optimized for the conditions of China's stone-producing regions.
